With the new Gloss Finish surface texture, EGGER once again underlines their status as a complete product range supplier.

With a gloss level of 103 points and a good scratch resistance, this product is perfect for carcasses and end panels in combination with high gloss PVC foil wrapped doors or lacquered MFC doors. It is also suitable for entry level ABS edged doors in kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms and be used in shopfitting, exhibition stand construction and partition walls.

        

The new high-gloss boards from EGGER make it possible to follow the current gloss trend within the furniture industry and allows for greater design freedom. “The elegant visual appearances that are created by gloss finish surface textures are frequently found in modern furniture. Wood reproductions in particular with gloss effect set special accents“ explains Klaus Monhoff, head of product management for decorative products in the EGGER Group. Uni colours with the Gloss Finish surface texture can be harmoniously integrated into a coordinated interior design concept thanks to the matching EGGER ABS edging and laminates.

As the first manufacturer to produce gloss melamine boards in the UK, you can be assured of local supply with short lead times and prices which are not subject to exchange rate fluctuations. All boards are supplied with a protective film on both sides to guarantee safe and secure transportation. We can now offer you 10 decors from stock, which are all available with matching gloss ABS edging. In addition, all other EGGER colours are available on request.

Amongst the ten stock decors there are seven uni colours and three wood reproductions, which also contain the most popular decor selected by the visitors at the BAU 2009 trade show: Dark Cordoba Olive with the ST30 surface texture may well become a bestseller. ST30 melamine faced chipboards are supplied as 2800 x 2070 x 18mm boards with a minimum quantity of one pack. Further sheet sizes and thickness can be manufactured on a made-to-order basis. For versatile design possibilities, EGGER offers matching gloss ABS edging (23 x 2 mm) on 75 linear metre rolls for all 10 stocked decors.
