12.04.2005 Countless sales enquiries reflect success of new decors
Following last year's success, decorative surfaces and wood based panel manufacturer Egger (UK) has reported an extremely successful Surface Design Show 2005.
The stunning centrepiece of the stand, which stimulated quite a stir among visitors at the show, was an eye-catching creation made entirely from Egger products. The visual interpretation of 'body and space' had been produced by artists to portray the almost limitless creative solutions offered by Egger's products.
Re-known for their wood reproductions, Egger's new decors, including striking walnut, oak and ash designs together with strong, in-vogue Uni-colours such as Cappuccino and rich brown were well received.
The new colours are part of the company's successful 'Kaleidoscope' range of matching decorative EURODEKOR® MDF, EURODEKOR® MFC (melamine faced chipboard), EUROFORM® Laminate and EUROFORM® Melamine and EGGER PVC edging.
The range has been specifically created to enable specifiers to 'Value Engineer' projects by combining colour-matched materials in order to save project costs, without compromising design or performance.
The range has gained in popularity amongst specifiers for projects including retail, commercial and leisure interiors due to the advantages the range has to offer.
Allison Park, Egger's Specification Product Manager, said: "The focused nature of the show gave us the platform for a targeted and successful few days, enabling us to build on last year's debut. Our concept and range were appreciated both from an aesthetic and design benefit viewpoint, as well as the more pragmatic advantages"
