EUROSPAN® FLAMMEX |
EUROSPAN® Flammex flame-retardant boards do not combust on their own. They char in fire tests and go out by themselves if the energy supply to a fire is stopped. This reduces the risk of a full blown fire. EUROSPAN® Flammex flame-retardant boards are designed to delay the flashover point once a fire has started (the time before the flame breaks out fully). This can significantly lengthen the amount of time available for rescue measures to be introduced.
EUROSPAN® Flammex provides a state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly and, above all, cost-effective flame-retardant (wood-based) material, which in no way restricts the possibilities in terms of design. In contrast to other construction materials, EUROSPAN® Flammex boards featuring a fine chipboard covering layer lend themselves very well to melamine/laminate coating and veneering. Their classification as a low-flammability material still applies. This means you have the whole EURODEKOR® range of colours at your disposal.
