EGGER DFF is a moisture-resistant, heat-insulating low-density fibreboard. Production primarily uses chips prosuced in a nearby sawmill. which are crushed in the production line to release the individual fibres. Paraffin wax emulsion, PU synthetic binding agent and water are also added in the production process.
The vapour-permeable lightweight fibreboard has been developed for use in the building trade as exterior cladding for roof and wall components according to DIN 68 800-2. Four sided tounge + groove profile ensures that water is deflected and provides a wind-proof construction.
