Cut-to-size Facility |
Over £1.5m has been invested in a state-of-the-art “Schelling Saw” at our Hexham production plant. This impressive installation enables us to supply you with cut panels reducing wastage and saving you time and money. Ideal for assisting with the manufacture of access flooring, packaging and specialist construction elements.
The saw offers:
• Tolerances: + or - 1mm per 1 meter length /+ or - 2mm per 1 meter square
• Squareness accuracy: + or - 0.3mm at 1m side length
• Dimensional accuracy: + or - 0.2mm
• Maximum book height: 210mm, minimum 20mm
• Minimum board infeed: 1900mm x 1830mm
• Minimum board out: 300mm x 100mm
Subject to minimum order quantities and capacity.
